By accessing or using QuickRoute's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
QuickRoute provides logistics and shipping services including package pickup, transit, delivery, real-time tracking, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. QuickRoute reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may not use our services to ship prohibited items including but not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, or items that violate any applicable laws. See our Prohibited Items list for complete details.
QuickRoute's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package, not to exceed $1,000 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment is due at the time of shipment creation. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds for cancelled shipments are processed within 5-7 business days.
All content on the QuickRoute platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QuickRoute Logistics Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aroostook County, Maine.
